- Develop and maintain strong franchise, franchisee, and vendor partner relationships and ensure expectations are being consistently met.
- Oversee and implement email marketing strategies including template development, audience segmentation, and tactics for increasing engagement.
- Align content strategy topic points for delivery across channels, including email and SMS campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze network KPIs/benchmark data for opportunities for tactical and creative optimizations.
- Lead Online Listing Management partner and drive Local SEO strategies for our franchisees.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve questions, mediate concerns, and support the school’s overall success.
- Educate and support franchisees' email best practices, and reputation management strategy in coordination with our Email and Online Listings Management partners.
- Assist with team projects as needed.
